The duration of a therapy session is 50 minutes.

The number of therapy sessions needed vary for each individual and their goals and needs.

It is recommended to have a therapy session weekly or biweekly. Therapy is most effective when it is consistent.

I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a suberbill upon request. Superbills can be submitted to clients insurance for possible reimbursement depending on out of network benefits.

I accept cash, credit cards, checks, and health savings accounts.

My approach to therapy depends on each one of my clients individual needs. Everyone is different and therapy is not a one size fits all. Some of my approaches to therapy are:

I have been working in the mental health field since 2016. I have experience working with adults, teens, children, families/couples. I have worked with people ranging from at-risk adolescents to women in transitional housing. I am experienced in treating anxiety (e.g. acute anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, OCD), depression, low self-esteem, co-dependency, and grief.
